Apologies to Courtney O’Farrell who served as co-chair with Katie Moreland for
the Family Fun Fest. The two worked
hand-in-hand to provide our fun festival and I sincerely apologize for omitting
Courtney’s name from last week’s kudos.
Carpool clarification: The opening from Walnut St. is meant to be an
exit only in the mornings, to allow those wanting to turn left onto Main St. to
exit and go to 43rd St. where there is a light, allowing that left
turn. However, it is being used as an
entrance by some parents, causing traffic to get stalled when these drivers
attempt to merge with those entering from Main St. Please drop off your children at the Walnut
St. entrance – at the south end by the playground – or come in through the Main
St. entrance.
